Everlight Weddings

I've spent the last decade photographing weddings in the light couples already live in. No heavy setups, no endless posed line-ups — just a long, warm day and a photographer who happens to catch it as it unfolds. The pictures I care about are the ones that feel like a memory rather than a performance: the shaking hands, the half-held breath before the vows, the aunt who cries first.

My work has followed couples from Seoul city-hall mornings to Jeju cliffside elopements and destination celebrations abroad. Whatever the scale, the goal is the same: a gallery that feels honest a decade later, not just on the wedding day itself. I'd rather deliver fewer, truer frames than a folder no one ever opens twice.

I trained in documentary photography before weddings became my whole world, and that habit of watching before shooting never left. It's why the day runs at a relaxed pace, and why so much of the magic happens in the quiet minutes between the big moments.
